• Orders may be placed over the phone, through the mail, or faxed to us.

• We ship UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority mail. 

• If you require a faster shipping option, we offer UPS Air services to your physical address inside the continental US only.

• Please call us with all UPS Air orders. The earlier in the day you call, the more likely we will be able to fill your order in time to go out that day. 

• If ordering from a foreign country other than Canada, payment must be made by credit card. Canadian checks or money orders must be payable in US Dollars. 

• We make every effort to fill orders within 24 hours. However, please try to anticipate the Christmas Rush
  (approximately late October through January 15th).

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• We accept  VerifiedCheck or Money Orders may be mailed to us with your order. 

• We will only ship to Verified PayPal Address.

• For security reasons, we do not store your credit card information. Please have your credit card ready when placing an order.

Handling & Delivery Charges

All shipping prices are in US dollars.
If it costs us a good deal more to ship your order than our chart indicates, we will charge you the actual shipping charge. 
All International orders will pay actual shipping rate, plus $2.00 handling fee for paperwork.
As of October 1, 2009 there will be a $2.00 handling charge to all swatch order totaling $10.00 or less.
Swatch set order over $10.00 will be charged actual shipping.
Orders for swatches only totaling $10.00 or less are not charged Handling and Delivery. 
Rolled shipments cost an additional $6.00. 

Backorders

• Back-ordered items are noted on your invoice copy.  Please notify us if you wish to cancel a back order.

• We do not charge additional shipping when back orders are sent.

Returns

• Patterns and Books are not returnable.

• Returns on Uncut Goods (e.g. hardware, notions, zippers) are accepted for full refund or exchange provided they are in new condition within 30 days of purchase, must have receipt/invoice.

• Returns on Cut Goods (e.g. fabric, webbing, zipper tape): We'll refund 50% of the purchase price on goods that you don't like or change your mind about.  We'll give you a full refund or exchange if we made a mistake or sent you something other than what you ordered within 30 days of purchase, must have receipt/invoice. If you have exacting color needs, please order from a recent color swatch set or confirm your selection. Colors may change over time while the names may not.

• Please call regarding any returns. With your return, include your name, invoice number and date of invoice. Include your credit card account number and expiration date for a credit on your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover account.

• We do not guarantee and we are not responsible for finished items.
