How to Order
Orders may be placed over the phone, through the mail, our website, email, or fax.
Domestic orders ship USPS First Class for order under 13 oz, or USPS Priority mail and Federal Express Ground.
International orders ship via USPS.
For faster shipping option, we offer Federal Express services to your physical address inside the continental US only. Please call us with all Express orders. The earlier in the day you call, the more likely we will be able to fill your order in time to go out that day. Cut-off time for Express order processing is 12:30 pm (PST).
Up to a 25% restocking fee may be charged if goods are cut and invoice is cancelled and or not paid. If ordering from a foreign country, payment must be made by credit card or verified PayPal account.
Every effort to fill orders within 24-48 hours. However, please try to anticipate the Christmas Rush (approximately late October through January 15th).

We accept Verified PayPal payment, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and Money Orders may be mailed to us with your order.
We will only ship to Verified PayPal Address. All PayPal orders require all materials to be cut for exact weight for shipping amounts. Up to a 25% restocking fee may be charged if goods are cut and invoice is not paid.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Due to the ever changing shipping rates through the US Postal Service and Federal Express we are charging actual shipping cost plus a $3.00 handling charge on packages.
All shipping prices are in US dollars.
All International orders will pay actual shipping rate, plus $3.00 handling fee for paperwork.
Additional cost on rolled and bulky fabric shipments.
Patterns and Books are not returnable.
Returns on Uncut Goods (e.g. hardware, notions, zippers) are accepted for full refund or exchange provided they are in new condition within 30 days of purchase, must have receipt/invoice.
Returns on Cut Goods (e.g. fabric, webbing, zipper tape): We'll refund 50% of the purchase price on goods that you don't like or change your mind about within 30 days of purchase, must have receipt/invoice..
We'll give you a full refund or exchange if we made a mistake or sent you something other than what you ordered within 30 days of purchase, must have receipt/invoice.
If you have exacting color needs, please order from a recent color swatch set or confirm your selection. Colors may change over time while the names may not.
Please call regarding any returns. With your return, include your name, invoice number and date of invoice.
