Terms of sale. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. We download orders during our regular business hours (Store Hours: Tuesday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Saturday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm, Open Mondays for phone/web orders). All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. The majority of the items displayed on this site will ship within 24-36 hours. Customers will be notified if there are any problems with the products ordered. All items will ship from Oregon.
Shipping rates are based on weight and destination. In some cases the items ordered may cost more to ship due to dimensional requirements. The shipping price given is an estimate, and may be adjusted after the final weight and box dimensions are available. We will contact you via email with the cost adjustment, if it appears to be much greater than the estimate. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or natural causes for which we will not be responsible.

Quantity discount pricing at this time will not appear on the site. Please contact us to place your order, or we will adjust the pricing when the order is filled.

Returns on Uncut Goods (e.g. hardware, notions, zippers) are accepted for full refund or exchange provided they are in new condition within 30 days of purchase, must have receipt/invoice.
Returns on Cut Goods (e.g. fabric, webbing, zipper tape). We'll refund 50% of the purchase price on goods that you don't like or change your mind about within 30 days of purchase, must have receipt/invoice.
Patterns and Books are not returnable.
